Dr. Kristine Sudol is the Director of the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Clinical Team and a full-time clinical psychologist at the Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Immaculata University and maintains a small private practice on the Mainline in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She specializes in trauma and other anxiety disorders, specifically Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PSTD). However, she has a broad range of experience with many clinical disorders. She enjoys providing individual, couples, and family therapy. Her practice is small so that she may be more available to her current patients and new referrals.

*Having difficulty with past experiences, current relationships, role transitions, and/or quality of life issues?

*Given the normal pressures of daily living, anxiety and sadness are to be expected. Having a healthy support system is certainly a protective factor in healing from emotional pain and distress. However, there are times when we are unable to reach out and ask for help or guidance (particularly when we may need it the most)... These are the times when therapy may be highly beneficial.

TOOLS FOR THE JOB:

*Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure) *Psychodynamic & Interpersonal Psychotherapy

*Clinical Application of Attachment Theory
